1. はじめに

個人開発者（以下「運営者」）は、モバイルアプリケーション「ValoMate」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。

本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーをよくお読みください。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人を特定する情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等）を収集しません。また、アカウント登録やログインは不要です。

本アプリが端末内にローカル保存する情報は以下のとおりです。

3. 情報の利用目的

端末内に保存される情報は、以下の目的で利用されます。

  1. ブックマーク機能の提供（お気に入りラインナップの保存・表示）
  2. 利用者が選択した言語でのアプリ表示
  3. 検索条件の一時的な保持によるユーザー体験の向上

4. 外部サービスとの通信

本アプリは、コンテンツを表示するために以下の外部サービスと通信を行います。

5. 第三者提供

運営者は、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

本アプリは個人を特定する情報を収集していないため、第三者に提供する個人情報はありません。

6. データの保存と管理

  1. 本アプリが保存するデータはすべて利用者の端末内にローカル保存されます。
  2. 運営者はこれらのデータにアクセスする手段を持ちません。
  3. データは本アプリをアンインストールすることで完全に削除されます。
  4. 利用者はアプリ内でブックマークを個別に削除することもできます。

7. ユーザーの権利

利用者は以下の権利を有します。

  1. データの削除: 本アプリをアンインストールすることで、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータを削除できます。
  2. ブックマークの管理: アプリ内でブックマークの追加・削除を自由に行えます。
  3. 情報の開示請求: 本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて、運営者に問い合わせることができます。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としたサービスではありません。運営者は、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

9. ポリシーの変更

  1. 運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
  2. 重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内または運営者が適切と判断する方法により通知します。
  3. 変更後のポリシーは、本アプリ内に掲示した時点から効力を生じます。
  4. 変更後も本アプリを継続して利用した場合、利用者は変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

The individual developer ("Operator") respects the privacy of users of the mobile application "ValoMate" ("App") and is committed to protecting personal information.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how information is handled in the App. Please read this Policy carefully before using the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, or phone number). No account registration or login is required.

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

4. Communication with External Services

The App communicates with the following external services to display content:

Since the App does not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal information to provide to third parties.

6. Data Storage and Management

  1. All data saved by the App is stored locally on your device.
  2. The Operator has no means of accessing this data.
  3. Data is completely deleted when you uninstall the App.
  4. Users can also delete individual bookmarks within the App.

7. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

  1. Data deletion: You can delete all data stored on your device by uninstalling the App.
  2. Bookmark management: You can freely add and remove bookmarks within the App.
  3. Information disclosure requests: You can contact the Operator regarding how information is handled in the App.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Operator does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

  1. The Operator may change this Policy as necessary.
  2. If significant changes are made, users will be notified through the App or by other means deemed appropriate by the Operator.
  3. The revised Policy takes effect when posted in the App.
  4. If users continue to use the App after changes are made, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
