ValoMate 利用規約

第1条（はじめに）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、個人開発者（以下「運営者」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「ValoMate」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。

利用者は、本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの利用をお控えください。

第2条（定義）

本規約において使用する用語の定義は以下のとおりです。

  1. 「本アプリ」: 運営者が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「ValoMate」
  2. 「利用者」: 本アプリを利用するすべての個人
  3. 「コンテンツ」: 本アプリ内で提供されるテキスト、画像、動画、データ等の情報全般
  4. 「外部サービス」: 本アプリが連携する第三者のサービス（YouTube、VLR.gg 等）

第3条（サービスの内容）

  1. 本アプリは、ゲーム「VALORANT」に関する以下の機能を提供する非公式のコンパニオンアプリケーションです。
    • ラインナップ（戦術）情報の検索・閲覧
    • マップ、エージェント、アビリティに基づくフィルタリング
    • eスポーツの試合情報・結果の閲覧
    • プロチーム・選手情報の閲覧
    • お気に入りラインナップのブックマーク保存
  2. 本アプリは Riot Games が公式に提供するサービスではありません。 Riot Games 社およびその関連会社は、本アプリの内容について一切の責任を負いません。
  3. 本アプリで提供される情報の正確性、完全性、最新性について、運営者は最善の努力を行いますが、これを保証するものではありません。

第4条（利用条件）

  1. 本アプリは無料で提供され、アカウント登録は不要です。
  2. 本アプリの利用には、インターネット接続環境および対応する端末（iOS または Android）が必要です。
  3. インターネット接続に伴う通信料は利用者の負担となります。
  4. 本アプリは日本語および英語に対応しています。

第5条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、またはソースコードの解析
  3. 本アプリのサーバーまたはネットワークへの不正アクセス
  4. 本アプリのコンテンツの無断での複製、転載、配布、または商用利用
  5. 本アプリまたは外部サービスに対する自動化されたアクセス（スクレイピング、ボット等）
  6. 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
  7. 他の利用者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
  8. その他、運営者が不適切と合理的に判断する行為

第6条（知的財産権）

  1. 本アプリの構造、デザイン、およびオリジナルコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、運営者に帰属します。
  2. VALORANT に関する帰属表示
    • 本アプリは、Riot Games, Inc. のポリシーに基づき、Riot Games が所有する資産を使用して作成されています。
    • Riot Games は本プロジェクトを支持または後援していません。
    • VALORANT およびその関連のロゴ、キャラクター名、画像等は Riot Games, Inc. の登録商標または商標です。
  3. 本アプリ内で使用される第三者のコンテンツ（YouTube 動画、eスポーツデータ等）の権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。

第7条（免責事項）

  1. 運営者は、本アプリの利用に関連して利用者に生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
  2. 運営者の軽過失により利用者に損害が生じた場合、運営者の賠償責任は、直接かつ通常の損害に限定されます。
  3. 以下の事由により利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません（ただし、運営者の故意または重大な過失に起因する場合を除きます）。
    • 本アプリで提供される情報の正確性、完全性、有用性に関する事項
    • 外部サービス（YouTube、VLR.gg 等）の障害、仕様変更、またはサービス終了
    • 利用者の端末環境に起因する不具合
    • 天災、通信障害その他の不可抗力
    • 第三者による不正アクセスまたはサイバー攻撃
  4. 本アプリから外部サイトへのリンクが含まれる場合、当該外部サイトの内容について運営者は責任を負いません。

第8条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）

  1. 運営者は、以下の場合に、利用者への事前通知なく、本アプリの全部または一部を変更、中断、または終了できるものとします。
    • システムの保守、点検、更新を行う場合
    • 天災、停電、通信障害等の不可抗力が発生した場合
    • その他、運営者がやむを得ないと判断した場合
  2. 本アプリの終了にあたっては、運営者は合理的な期間をもって事前に通知するよう努めます。
  3. 本条に基づく変更、中断、または終了により利用者に生じた損害について、第7条の規定が適用されます。

第9条（利用規約の変更）

  1. 運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。
  2. 本規約を変更する場合、運営者は変更内容および施行日を、本アプリ内または運営者が適切と判断する方法により通知します。
  3. 変更後の規約の施行日以降に利用者が本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第10条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

  1. 本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠するものとします。
  2. 本規約に関する一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

ValoMate Terms of Service

Article 1 (Introduction)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the mobile application "ValoMate" ("App") provided by an individual developer ("Operator").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. "App": The mobile application "ValoMate" provided by the Operator
  2. "User": Any individual who uses the App
  3. "Content": All information provided in the App, including text, images, videos, and data
  4. "External Services": Third-party services integrated with the App (YouTube, VLR.gg, etc.)

Article 3 (Service Description)

  1. The App is an unofficial companion application that provides the following features related to the game "VALORANT":
    • Searching and viewing lineup (tactical) information
    • Filtering by map, agent, and ability
    • Viewing esports match information and results
    • Viewing professional team and player information
    • Bookmarking favorite lineups
  2. The App is not an official service provided by Riot Games. Riot Games and its affiliates bear no responsibility for the content of the App.
  3. While the Operator makes best efforts regarding the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information provided in the App, these are not guaranteed.

Article 4 (Conditions of Use)

  1. The App is provided free of charge and does not require account registration.
  2. An internet connection and a compatible device (iOS or Android) are required to use the App.
  3. Data charges associated with internet connectivity are borne by the user.
  4. The App supports Japanese and English.

Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following actions when using the App:

  1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or analyzing the source code of the App
  3. Unauthorized access to the App's servers or networks
  4. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, distribution, or commercial use of the App's content
  5. Automated access to the App or External Services (scraping, bots, etc.)
  6. Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
  7. Actions that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
  8. Other actions that the Operator reasonably deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Intellectual property rights related to the structure, design, and original content of the App belong to the Operator.
  2. VALORANT Attribution
    • The App was created using assets owned by Riot Games, based on the policies of Riot Games, Inc.
    • Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.
    • VALORANT and its related logos, character names, and images are registered trademarks or trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
  3. Rights to third-party content used in the App (YouTube videos, esports data, etc.) belong to their respective rights holders.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Operator shall not be liable for damages incurred by users in connection with the use of the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator.
  2. If damages are incurred by users due to minor negligence of the Operator, the Operator's liability shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages.
  3. The Operator shall not be liable for damages incurred by users due to the following reasons (except where caused by the Operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence):
    • Matters related to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information provided in the App
    • Failures, specification changes, or discontinuation of External Services (YouTube, VLR.gg, etc.)
    • Malfunctions caused by the user's device environment
    • Natural disasters, communication failures, and other force majeure events
    • Unauthorized access or cyberattacks by third parties
  4. If the App contains links to external websites, the Operator shall not be responsible for the content of those external websites.

Article 8 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service)

  1. The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice to users in the following cases:
    • When performing system maintenance, inspection, or updates
    • When force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures occur
    • Other cases where the Operator deems it unavoidable
  2. When terminating the App, the Operator shall endeavor to provide advance notice within a reasonable period.
  3. The provisions of Article 7 shall apply to damages incurred by users due to changes, suspension, or termination under this Article.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms of Service)

  1. The Operator may change these Terms as necessary.
  2. When changing these Terms, the Operator shall notify users of the changes and effective date through the App or by other means deemed appropriate.
  3. If users use the App after the effective date of the revised Terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for all disputes related to these Terms.
