1. はじめに

個人開発者（以下「運営者」）は、モバイルアプリケーション「ValoMate」（以下「本アプリ」）およびウェブサイト https://valomate.web.app（以下「本ウェブサイト」。本アプリと総称して「本サービス」）における利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。

本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本サービスにおける情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーをよくお読みください。

2. 収集する情報

2.1 アカウント情報（本ウェブサイトのみ・任意）

本サービスの閲覧・検索等の基本機能は、アカウント登録なしで利用できます。本ウェブサイトのラインナップ投稿機能等の一部機能を利用する場合に限り、アカウント登録が必要です。アカウント登録時には以下の情報を収集します。

2.2 投稿コンテンツ（本ウェブサイトのみ）

利用者がラインナップ投稿機能を通じて投稿したテキスト・画像・座標等の情報は、運営者のサーバーに保存され、承認後に本サービス上で公開されます。

2.4 自動的に収集される情報

本サービスの利用時には、アクセス解析・広告配信・不正防止のために、IP アドレス、ブラウザや端末の種類、閲覧したページ、アクセス日時等の情報が自動的に収集されることがあります。

3. Cookie 等の使用

本ウェブサイトは、以下の目的で Cookie および類似技術を使用します。

4. アクセス解析

本サービスは、サービスの改善のために以下のアクセス解析ツールを使用します。これらのツールは Cookie 等を用いて利用状況を収集しますが、個人を特定する情報は含まれません。

5. 広告について

本サービスは、運営維持のために第三者配信事業者による広告を掲載しています。本アプリでは Google AdMob を、本ウェブサイトでは Google AdSense を使用します。

  1. Google をはじめとする第三者配信事業者は、Cookie（本アプリでは広告識別子）を使用して、利用者の本サービスや他のウェブサイトへの過去のアクセス情報に基づいた広告（パーソナライズ広告）を配信することがあります。
  2. 利用者は、Google の広告設定でパーソナライズ広告を無効化できます。また、www.aboutads.info にアクセスすることで、パーソナライズ広告に使用される第三者配信事業者の Cookie を無効化できます。
  3. 欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国およびスイスの利用者に対しては、法令に基づき、広告目的での Cookie 等の使用に関する同意を求めるメッセージを表示します。同意内容はメッセージからいつでも変更できます。
  4. Google による広告 Cookie の取り扱いについては、Google のポリシーと規約（広告）をご確認ください。

6. 外部サービスとの通信

本サービスは、コンテンツを表示するために以下の外部サービスと通信を行います。

7. 第三者提供

運営者は、以下の場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

  1. 利用者の同意がある場合
  2. 法令に基づく場合
  3. 第4条・第5条に記載の解析・広告配信事業者に対して、各事業者の提供する仕組みを通じて情報が送信される場合

8. データの保存と管理

  1. ブックマーク・言語設定・検索条件等は、利用者の端末内またはブラウザ内に保存されます。
  2. アカウント情報および投稿コンテンツは、運営者のサーバー（Google Firebase および運営者のデータベース）に保存されます。
  3. 本アプリの端末内データは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。

9. ユーザーの権利

利用者は以下の権利を有します。

  1. アカウントの削除: 第12条の連絡先に依頼することで、アカウントおよび関連する個人情報の削除を請求できます。
  2. データの削除: 端末内・ブラウザ内のデータは、アプリのアンインストールまたはブラウザのデータ削除により削除できます。
  3. 情報の開示請求: 本サービスにおける自己の情報の取り扱いについて、運営者に問い合わせることができます。

10. 子どものプライバシー

本サービスは13歳未満の子どもを対象としたサービスではありません。運営者は、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

11. ポリシーの変更

  1. 運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
  2. 重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス内または運営者が適切と判断する方法により通知します。
  3. 変更後のポリシーは、本サービス内に掲示した時点から効力を生じます。
  4. 変更後も本サービスを継続して利用した場合、利用者は変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

The individual developer ("Operator") respects the privacy of users of the mobile application "ValoMate" ("App") and the website https://valomate.web.app ("Website"; together with the App, the "Service") and is committed to protecting personal information.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how information is handled in the Service. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information (Website only, optional)

Core features such as browsing and search can be used without an account. An account is required only for certain Website features such as submitting lineups. When you register an account, we collect:

Text, images, coordinates, and other information you submit through the lineup submission feature are stored on the Operator's servers and, once approved, published on the Service.

5. Advertising

To support the operation of the Service, the Service displays ads served by third-party vendors. The App uses Google AdMob, and the Website uses Google AdSense.

  1. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (or advertising identifiers in the App) to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Service or other websites (personalized ads).
  2. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
  3. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a consent message regarding the use of cookies for advertising is displayed as required by law. You can change your consent choices at any time from the message.

6. Communication with External Services

7. Third-Party Disclosure

The Operator does not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  1. With the user's consent
  2. When required by law
  3. When information is transmitted to the analytics and advertising vendors described in Sections 4 and 5 through the mechanisms they provide

  1. Bookmarks, language settings, and search conditions are stored on your device or in your browser.
  2. Account information and submitted content are stored on the Operator's servers (Google Firebase and the Operator's database).
  3. Data stored in the App is deleted when you uninstall the App.

9. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

  1. Account deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us as described in Section 12.
  2. Data deletion: Data on your device or browser can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing your browser data.
  3. Information disclosure requests: You can contact the Operator regarding how your information is handled in the Service.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Operator does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

  1. The Operator may change this Policy as necessary.
  2. If significant changes are made, users will be notified through the Service or by other means deemed appropriate by the Operator.
  3. The revised Policy takes effect when posted in the Service.
  4. If users continue to use the Service after changes are made, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Policy.
